Wilson Law Firm handles probate cases in all counties in Arizona.  We represent clients in all aspects of probate proceedings, from uncontested probate administration, to complex probate litigation, with the primary goal of having your probate matter move forward as quickly and efficiently as possible to closure.  We also represent and protect the interests of beneficiaries and creditors of estates.  At Wilson Law Firm, we first determine whether a probate proceeding is even required.  If the estate is small enough and there are no disputes among the beneficiaries, the estate may be able to be distributed without the need for any probate court proceedings.  Moreover, even if probate proceedings are required, often informal probate proceedings are available which significantly streamline the estate administration process and reduce the overall cost of probate.  When representing the Personal Representative of the Estate, our job is to insure the Estate is administered in an efficient and cost effective manner, and to protect the Personal Representative by confirming that they properly perform their duties according to Arizona law and the terms of the decedent’s Last Will and Testament, if applicable.

At Wilson Law Firm, we also represent beneficiaries and creditors of estates.  When representing a beneficiary or a creditor, our role is to insure that the Personal Representative follows the terms of the decedent’s Will, if applicable, and the Arizona Probate Code, and does so in a timely manner providing full disclosure to all parties.  In the event the Personal Representative has breached his or her fiduciary duties, we have extensive experience in seeking their removal by the court.  At Wilson Law Firm, we have over 40 years of combined experience representing parties in all facets of probate proceedings and we will make sure the probate process is completed fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with Arizona law.
